Radiance Seminars, Inc. (RSI) coordinates and offers seminars for The Advanced Degrees of The Radiance Technique®, Authentic Reiki® for all students worldwide. RSI was founded by Dr. Barbara Ray, the Holder of The Intact Master Keys of The Radiance Technique® and world’s foremost authority on the science. Dr. Barbara Ray received the Keys directly from Hawayo Takata and has passed them intact to Shoshana Shay, her successor. RSI is the training and certifying organization for all Authorized Instructors of The Radiance Technique®, Real Reiki®, TRT® around the world. RSI supervises The Teacher Training Faculty and all instructors trained and assigned to teach The Advanced Degrees.
