The First Degree Official Program of The Radiance Technique®
This seminar opens the gateway into this transcendental, inner planes science of universal, Radiant energy which includes Seven Degrees. Upon completion of the four Attunement Processes, you have a universal Radiant Touch® which continues forever and begins opening from within you your capacities for conscious wholeness and enlightenment. Included in the course is instruction in the application of your Radiant Touch® for a 12-position daily session with yourself in a balancing interaction with your energy centers and their interconnected relationships with your entire dynamic — physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and all planes of consciousness.
The Second Degree Official Program of The Radiance Technique®
This seminar is available to those who have taken The First Degree from an Authorized Instructor. It offers the student advanced study in this unique transcendental energy science, including a precise method for directing universal, Radiant energy beyond any time and space considerations. During this seminar you will expand your capacities for Radiant Touch® and explore new applications to your body-mind-spirit dynamic.
The Third Degree Official Programs of The Radiance Technique®
There are different seminars at this level of Advanced Study: The Radiant Third Degree; The Third Degree for Personal Growth, Expanded Radiance and Transformation (3A); and The Third Degree for Teaching (3B). These are different and complete courses. The Radiant Third Degree comes after The Second Degree and prior to taking The Third Degree (3A). In certain countries The Radiant Third Degree is not available, and in those limited areas, students have to proceed directly to The Third Degree (3A) from The Second Degree. Instructors for The Third Degree seminars are specially trained and assigned to teach these courses worldwide through Radiance Seminars, Inc. only.
- The Radiant Third Degree — This seminar is an exciting advancement and expansion of the ways to explore techniques for directing Radiant energy beyond The Second Degree. You receive the full power of The Third Degree and learn another Cosmic Symbol. The Radiant Third Degree deepens your understanding and use of The Radiance Technique® in an advanced course of study.
- The Third Degree for Personal Growth, Expanded Radiance and Transformation (3A) — This seminar offers you a special opportunity to continue further study in this ancient vibrational energy science at a different level and capacity from that of becoming an Authorized Instructor. You receive the full, Radiant Power of The Third Degree and you receive the capacity and instruction for using a special Attunement Process for yourself and others. In The Third Degree (3A), you do not learn to attune others to any Degree of The Radiance Technique®.
- The Third Degree for Teaching (3B) — The Third Degree (3B) has been called the Master level of instruction and requires a special application and an extended and intensive level of study and instruction. It can be taken for personal growth and development or to become an Authorized Instructor who wishes to teach public seminars. The Third Degree (3A) and The Third Degree (3B) are two different aspects of The Third Degree level of TRT® — 3A AND 3B ARE NOT ONE-HALF OF ONE ANOTHER. Authorized Instructors who complete The Official Teacher Training Program are attuned to the capacity to attune others to The First Degree, or attune others to The Second Degree, interdependent with their level of capacity and study. Authorized Instructors who complete The Official Teacher Training to Teach The First Degree are licensed to use the service marks in advertising. Only licensees may advertise services using the service marks denoting the intact science of The Radiance Technique®, Authentic Reiki®, TRT®.
The Fourth Degree, The Fifth Degree, The Sixth Degree and The Seventh Degree of The Radiance Technique®
The Fourth Degree, The Fifth Degree, The Sixth Degree and The Seventh Degree of The Radiance Technique® are offered in special seminars only through Radiance Seminars, Inc. All seminars for The Third Degree through The Seventh Degree are coordinated and offered to students worldwide only through Radiance Seminars, Inc. and not by any individual Authorized Instructor. Instructors for these levels of study have been specially trained, authorized and certified by Dr. Barbara Ray and continue to be authorized by Shoshana Shay, the current Holder of The Intact Master Keys to The Radiance Technique®. There is an application procedure for admission to seminars for any of these Degrees.
